Yes.  Property owners have a duty to keep the property safe (especially when the property has a history of crime)  If the property owner fails to have reasonable security measures (i.e., guards, surveillance video, adequate lighting, gates and access control, etc.), then the property owner may be responsible for money to the victim of crime.


How much is my case worth?

The primary factors that determine the value of your case are the severity of your injuries, the amount of your lost wages, the amount of your medical bills, and whether your life has changed because of your injuries and your pain.
